An herb spiral.  This is one of the trademark strategies of permaculture.  The spiral’s tiers shelter the shade-loving herbs one side, and the sun-loving herbs are kissed by the sun on the other side.  Meanwhile all the herbs are companions to each other, facilitating the growth and  soil health of the group.

Spirals are also symbolic of our connection to the earth.  Through them, energy passes between us and the earth.  The earth, listening to us.  Us, listening to the earth.

This is beautiful. I’d love to have the garden space to do something similar.

ediblepaint asked: Headcanon: I've made this one clear, but I've always figured he makes his own candles in his free time. I also constantly picture him using his power as extra arms, like holding a umbrella with it while walking with a friend in the rain, or pulling ingridients twords him while cooking...

You’re bang on. I never got around to drawing it yet but he does indeed make his own candles. The ones he gave Monday were some of them. As for the power thing he’d do that around camp. He’s comfortable with his powers enough to just let stuff float, though out in the rest of the world he has to be more careful.

1. Nice smile.

2. Pretty eyes. I’m especially fond of green.

3. Someone I can talk to. You campers are all so secretive. It’s okay to open up now and then you know…

4. A good sense of humour, or just being fun to be around. As cheesy as it sounds I enjoy good company.

5. I’m not sure how to describe this one, it’s more like a feeling you get off of someone. A grace or confidence.

kaspersepia asked: Blue.

1. I’m astraphobic, also known as brontophobia, keraunophobia, tonitrophobia… it’s a fear of storms.

2. I hate feeling trapped, stuck, or pinned. I’m not claustrophobic if I know I can get out, it’s the actual feel of being weighed down that I don’t like.

3. Losing my family, or being unable to protect them. It goes for most people that I’m close to really…

I don’t want the life. Just the overly ornate wagon. Look at them tassels.

Look Blair…your future home.
